Large models and great quantity orders are a very important part of our business, such cases often need special attention and extra care due to their size and production cost. Because of their special nature, we consider those orders as special.
Once you upload your model and request for a quote we run thorough tests on the model. At this stage the models are classified as normal or special. If your model is classified as special we will contact you to inform you and discuss issues that may arise.
We have different price policy on special orders. We try keep our customers happy by offering them special quantity/size discounts. All special orders along with their pricing are examined on a case by case basis. Special pricing is offered to professionals as well (for more information see Services to Professionals).
Another important issue that arises in special orders is the shipping of the model. Very large models need special handling and shipping. Shipping cost is also calculated on a case by case basis.
